Is this a weight loss program?

Weight loss is a common outcome but it’s not the strategy. This is metabolic freedom. When your body relearns how to switch efficiently between burning carbs and burning fat, the stubborn fat often moves. If you’re looking for aggressive, rapid weight loss, this isn’t that. If you want your body to respond again, this is.

Is fasting required?

No. Fasting is not required. In fact, fasting without metabolic flexibility can reinforce stress. We retrain your metabolism first. If fasting is layered in, it’s strategic not forced.

 

 

Do I have to track macros?

Yes. You’ll learn how to track using an app so you’re actually training your metabolism not guessing. This is skill-building, not obsessive dieting. Precision creates results.

 

 

Do I have to stay in ketosis the entire 5 weeks?

No. You’ll learn how to enter ketosis, use it effectively, and exit strategically.

The goal is flexibility not permanent restriction.

 

What if I’ve tried keto or fasting before and it didn’t work?

Most midlife women try keto or fasting before their metabolism is flexible. That’s why it feels stressful or ineffective. Inside this program, we retrain your metabolism in the right order. That changes the outcome.

I’m nervous about pricking my finger. What if I can’t do it?

Most women feel this way at first. It’s quick. It’s controlled. And it becomes routine fast. More importantly, it shifts you from guessing to knowing. That confidence changes the entire experience.

 

Do I have to test ketones?

If you want to know for sure that you’re in ketosis, you’ll test blood ketones using a device like KetoMojo. That requires a simple finger prick. Testing gives you objective feedback. You’re not relying on hope, you’re measuring adaptation.
 
 

Can I do this if I’m on HRT?

Yes, HRT is fine.

 

 


 

What if I don’t lose weight?

Every woman is an N=1. Results depend on consistency, light exposure, movement, sleep, and how deeply glycogen-stored your body currently is. I don’t promise a specific number on the scale. What I teach is metabolic retraining. When your metabolism adapts, your body begins responding again. And that’s the shift that matters.
